Spiritual Musts: 3. Open My Sacred Space and Invite My Spirit Team In

The third step in your spiritual musts is opening your sacred space and inviting in in your spirit team.

Once I’m grounded into Gaia and connected to Source, I gently open my energy field and invite my spirit team to join me.

I think of this moment like pulling back the curtains of my soul, inviting the light in, making space for divine connection, and allowing myself to truly receive.

I visualise my sacred space, my auric field, expanding softly around me, like a gentle glow that radiates from within. There’s no force or pressure, just an allowing. I imagine this space transforming into what I lovingly call my spiritual loungeroom, a sacred place within my energy where my Spirit Team gathers, just like old friends arriving for a soul meeting.

In this sacred space, I call them in:

“I now invite my Spirit Team to step forward, my guides, my angels, my ancestors, my star family, and all benevolent beings of love and light who work with me in this lifetime and across all dimensions. Please be with me now.”

I see them begin to arrive, each with their own unique frequency. Some may stand close by, some sit within the edges of my field, and others take their familiar place in my loungeroom, waiting to support.

I ask them to walk beside me in whatever work I’m about to do. I ask them to help me deliver clear, concise, and loving messages. I ask for their guidance to be gentle, their signs to be strong, and their protection to be unwavering.

“Please assist me in bringing through truth, light, and healing for the highest heart and greatest good. Protect me always. Let this space be sacred.”

Why it matters:
You are never doing this work alone. Your Spirit Team are not just observers—they’re your allies, gatekeepers, and cosmic cheerleaders. By consciously inviting them in, you create a sacred container for your spiritual work to unfold with clarity, protection, and love. You make space for co-creation. And you remind yourself that Spirit always shows up when you do.
