Spiritual Musts: 2. Connection to Source

The second step in your spiritual musts is connection to Source.

Once I’m grounded and connected to Gaia, the next step is to connect to Source. You may call this energy the Divine, Universe, God, or simply Light.

To me, it’s the highest expression of love, wisdom, and infinite possibility, and it’s from this place I draw my strength, insight, and healing.

I close my eyes and bring my awareness to the crown of my head.
Then, I visualise a spiral of radiant white light, forming a cone shape, rising from my crown chakra and swirling upward through the layers of the sky, past the stars, galaxies, and dimensions until it reaches Source.

As I connect to this expansive, loving frequency, I see the energy begin to flow back down. This golden-white light gently travels back down the spiral, entering through the crown of my head and beginning to move through my upper chakras.

💜 At the Crown Chakra, I see a vibrant purple light swirl and expand, bringing divine wisdom and unity.
🔮 At the Third Eye, a deep indigo clears and opens, enhancing my insight and inner knowing.
💎 At the Throat, a soft sky-blue light begins to shine, opening the flow of authentic truth and clear communication.
🌸 At the Higher Heart, I visualise a beautiful magenta pink light blossoming, activating unconditional love, compassion, and divine connection.
💚 And finally, at the Heart Chakra, a deep emerald green radiates outward, this is the space where Gaia’s grounding energy and Source’s divine light meet and merge, uniting heaven and earth within me.

Once this connection is felt, I imagine these colours blending and expanding, flowing outward into my auric field, surrounding me in an iridescent glow of aligned, high-frequency light.

In this sacred space, I say:

“I open my heart, my mind, my body, and my soul
to the universal knowledge and energies of Source.”

This moment of connection isn’t just about receiving—it's a sacred remembering. It’s the knowing that I am a channel, not a container, and that what flows through me is always guided by love, truth, and light.

✨ Why it matters:
When you’re tapped into Source, everything changes. Your guidance becomes clearer, your energy replenishes instead of drains, and your connection to Spirit becomes a flowing conversation instead of a reach. You’re no longer navigating the work alone—you’re divinely held and guided in every moment.
