By booking any service with Melissa Fabian [Spirit Team Assemble] — be that in person and online,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
For ethical and legal reasons, no readings or energetic services are provided to anyone under 18 years of age.
You must book the session yourself.
Bookings cannot be made on behalf of a minor.
2. Nature of Services
Melissa provides:
Spiritual and intuitive readings
Written, audio, and Zoom-based readings
Energetic healing meditations
“Fitness for the Soul” energy-shifting sessions
Group classes combining meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, and energetic practices
All services are spiritual, intuitive, energetic, and educational in nature.
They are NOT a replacement for professional services, including:
Medical, dental, or psychological treatment
Mental health support
Legal advice
Financial or business advice
Professional counselling or therapy
Always seek guidance from a qualified expert where required.
3. Professional Disclaimer
By booking, you acknowledge that:
Readings are for guidance and insight only.
No reading or class provides factual, guaranteed, or professional advice.
Melissa Fabian - Spirit Team Assemble does not diagnose, predict outcomes, or provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological directives.
All services are provided for entertainment and personal development purposes in accordance with legal requirements.
You accept full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
4. Requirements for Readings
Delivery Methods
Written readings: Delivered by email as a PDF.
Audio readings: Delivered via private YouTube link.
Video call readings: Delivered via Zoom and recorded, then sent via private YouTube link if requested.
In-person readings are not available at this time.
5. Participation Requirements for Online Classes, Workshops, Events & “Fitness for the Soul”
You agree to:
Participate only if you feel physically and emotionally able
Move within your personal limits during breathwork or gentle movement
Stop immediately if you feel discomfort, dizziness, emotional overwhelm, or pain
Ensure you are in a quiet, safe, private space
Not participate while driving or engaging in tasks requiring attention
Avoid alcohol or drugs before attending
These sessions may include:
Meditation
Visualisation
Breathwork
Gentle movement (similar to tai chi, yoga or light group fitness)
Energy healing practices
Melissa Fabian - Spirit Team Assemble is not liable for injuries, emotional responses, or physical reactions.
6. Zoom Etiquette (Readings & Group Classes)
To maintain a respectful and safe environment:
Join from a quiet, private space with minimal distractions.
Your camera must be on unless otherwise arranged.
Your microphone must be on mute unless otherwise arranged.
Please remain seated and avoid walking around during the session.
Be mindful of what is visible in your background — it may appear in your recording.
Please arrive on time.
Lateness Policy
A 10-minute grace period is offered for unforeseen issues.
The session time will not be extended due to lateness.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will become a pre-recorded audio reading for the remaining time.
No refunds are provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
7. Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal information is confidential.
Group classes: sharing other participants’ experiences outside the session is strictly prohibited.
Recording or distributing any content, screenshots, or conversations without written consent of Melissa Fabian - Spirit Team Assemble is not permitted.
All recordings shared by Melissa Fabian - Spirit Team Assemble remain private and accessible only to you via unlisted links.
Private recordings are deleted after 6 months. Ensure you have downloaded your reading prior to this as retrieval after deletion will not be possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including:
Meditations
Healing methods
Energy practices
Worksheets, scripts, and teaching materials
Class recordings
Reading transcripts and written content
…is owned by Melissa Fabian - Spirit Team Assemble and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, or used for commercial purposes.
9. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Payment is required at the time of booking.
No refunds for change of mind, missed sessions, or failure to attend.
If a session is cancelled within the required time-frame as set out in the Cancellation Policy, a full refund or credit will be offered, minus any bank transaction fees charged.
Replay access for workshops or meditations is only included if stated in the event description.
10. Limitations of Liability
You agree that Melissa Fabian - Spirit Team Assemble
Is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your session
Is not responsible for your interpretations or use of the information provided
Does not guarantee specific healing outcomes or experiences
Does not make claims of medical or psychological efficacy
You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
11. Agreement
By booking any service, you confirm that you:
Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
Understand the nature and limitations of these services
Acknowledge they do not replace professional care
Accept full responsibility for your participation and wellbeing
