ARCTURIAN HEALING CIRCLE

Think of the Arcturian Healing Circle as your weekly Fitness for the Soul class — 45 minutes dedicated to your emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual wellbeing.

Over 10 weeks, you'll experience guided meditative journeys with the Arcturian Healing Team, designed to support greater awareness, healing, balance and connection with yourself.

Each week explores a different theme and includes:

✨ A brief introduction and teaching
✨ A guided Arcturian meditative healing journey
✨ Experiential energetic practices
✨ Time for reflection, sharing and questions

No two people will experience the journey in exactly the same way. You may receive insight, healing, greater awareness, emotional release or simply the space to slow down and reconnect.

This isn't a traditional classroom-style course. It's experiential.

Just like regularly attending a group fitness class strengthens your physical body, the Healing Circle creates a regular practice for strengthening your connection to yourself.
