How I work as an Arcturian Energy Healer

When I step into a healing session, I don’t see myself as the healer. I see myself as a bridge, an open channel between my client and the Arcturian Healing Team.

These multidimensional galactic beings work through me, using my energy body as a conduit to bring in their high-frequency healing vibrations.

To put it simply; think of them like the power station, I’m the transformer, and you’re the power point. The energy flows from them, through me, and into you, at exactly the right level for your system to receive and integrate.

The process begins with intention. I connect to Source, to Gaia, and then call in the Arcturian team. As I invite their presence, a powerful yet peaceful frequency flows through me, and connects into the client’s heart space. This is the central hub of connection, the place of the soul’s truth, and the perfect starting point for deep healing.

From there, the energy expands. It travels through the physical body and each of the chakras simultaneously. Unlike some other modalities that focus on one energy centre at a time, Arcturian energy works holistically. It clears, realigns, seals tears, and balances the flow—working like a multidimensional tune-up.

Once the body is harmonised, the energy moves outward into the auric field—layer by layer—addressing the emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. This includes not just the chakras we’re familiar with, but also the transpersonal chakras and subtle bodies that exist beyond the physical form. The healing often extends into timelines—past, present, future—and even across alternate realities and dimensions.

As this is happening, I simply hold space. I observe. I listen. I feel. Sometimes I’m shown energy blocks or recurring emotional themes, patterns. Other times, messages from guides or the soul’s higher self come through. If there’s guidance to be shared, something my client needs to understand or release in this lifetime, I relay that message.

The beauty of this work is that it isn’t limited to those who consider themselves “spiritual.”
