This Essential Chakra Lava kit contains:

· 1x Essential oil blend in a 15ml bottle

· 1x Chakra Lava bracelet

The natural porous consistency of the lava stone captures and absorbs the essential oil to diffuse the scent effectively.

Add 1 or 2 drops of your essential oil on a couple of stones and rub gently to encourage the oil to absorb. Wait a few minutes for the beads to dry and then put the bracelet on.

After 2 or 3 days, you will need to reapply more oil as the scent will start to fade.
