Why does a written reading take 48–72 hours?
Melissa dedicates that booked time exclusively to you, connecting with your energy and your loved ones in Spirit. She enters a deep meditative state to channel and automatically write your messages—without any time limit set—allowing Spirit to bring through exactly what needs to be shared. Once the automatic writing is complete, she draws the accompanying cards (if guided) to add further depth and clarity. After that, everything is carefully typed and formatted into your final written report, ensuring each message is delivered with accuracy, intention, and heartfelt care.

There’s no strict preparation required, but it’s helpful to come with an open mind and any specific questions or intentions. For energy healing, wearing comfortable clothing and finding a quiet space can enhance the experience.

What if I can’t attend my booked session?
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify Melissa at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling policies can be found on the Terms and Conditions page.

Online and Distance Sessions

Can readings and energy healing be done online or at a distance?
Yes! Melissa offers online and distance sessions that are just as effective as in-person appointments. Spirit and energy work are not limited by physical location.

How do online readings work?
Online readings are conducted via video call, where Melissa connects with your energy remotely to deliver messages and guidance. You’ll receive the same care and connection as an in-person session.

Melissa does not offer general psychic or mediumship readings for anyone under the age of 18. However, she does support parent–child sessions on a case-by-case basis, always with parental consent and presence. These sessions are designed to help parents understand, nurture, and support their child’s spiritual development and intuitive abilities in a safe and age-appropriate way. The focus is on empowering both the parent and child with tools, guidance, and energetic support as they navigate this unique path together.

Payment and Policies

What payment methods are accepted for readings and services?
Payments for readings and services can be made securely online using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Please note that bank transfers are not available as a payment option.

The online shop accepts credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and AfterPay for flexible payment. Bank transfers are not available for shop purchases.

Shipping, Postage & Handling

All orders are processed and shipped within Australia only. We use Australia Post for all deliveries to ensure reliable and trackable service.
A flat-rate postage and handling fee applies to each order unless otherwise stated. Local pick-up is available from Penrith, NSW by prior arrangement.
Once an item has been posted, delivery times are subject to Australia Post schedules and are outside of our control.

Please note, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Drop-Shipped Clothing & Merchandise

All clothing and merchandise items are fulfilled through a trusted third-party printing partner and are drop shipped directly to you once your order is placed. These products are made to order, which helps reduce waste and support sustainable practices. As a result, they may be delivered separately from other items in your order.

Please note that production and delivery times for drop-shipped items may vary, and tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched by our fulfilment partner.

Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items

All sales are final, as each item is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing errors, or personal preference.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue. We will liaise with our third-party printing partner to resolve the matter. Where a replacement or refund is approved, it will be processed directly through our fulfilment partner.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for damage or delays caused by Australia Post or other delivery carriers once an item has left our control.
